When invoice images or accounting questions may be processed by Google AI or another configured provider.
Effective date: 31 August 2026. This operational policy should be reviewed by an Indian legal professional before a large public launch.

When a user chooses “Snap Bill” or asks Munshi Ji a question, relevant invoice images, extracted text or an authorised summary of that tenant’s accounting data may be sent to the configured Google AI/OCR or language-model provider. AI processing is user-initiated and should be enabled only after consent.
Controls / नियंत्रण
- OCR creates suggestions or a draft only; it must not post a voucher automatically.
- Munshi Ji receives a limited, read-only tenant summary and cannot create entries.
- Users must review vendor, GSTIN, date, taxable amount, tax and total.
- Avoid uploading Aadhaar, card data, medical records or unrelated personal documents.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is not tax, legal or professional advice. Provider processing locations and retention are also governed by the selected provider’s contractual terms and configuration.
