Using the service / सेवा का उपयोग

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login, use only businesses you are authorised to manage, and comply with applicable tax, accounting and consumer laws. You must not probe security, upload unlawful material, misuse another tenant’s data or use the service for fraud.

akcount.in provides software tools and workpapers; it does not replace professional judgement or guarantee acceptance by GSTN, the Income Tax Department, a bank, auditor or court. Review entries, OCR results, returns and statutory outputs with your accountant or CA before filing.

Availability and liability / उपलब्धता और दायित्व

We aim for reliable service but maintenance, provider outages and internet failures can occur. Keep required statutory exports and independent backups. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by Indian law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and termination / बदलाव और समाप्ति

Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. We may restrict access for security, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach, while preserving legally required records and reasonable export access where appropriate.
